Can someone please walk me through the changes to the mortgage interest deduction for 2009 and out? How does 2009 differ from 2008? Besides being capped at $1MM mortgage, Ive heard changes at state and local will impact roughly 10% in 2009? Obama's plan may hit another 5-7%? Can someone explain?
