"contract" vs. "no longer available"

We're in the market for a 2bd/2ba apt..and seeing a few that have gone into contract but then do not show "sold" but rather "no longer available". We've confirmed with the realtor that they are actually in contract..but we can't see the price and only see "no longer available". Anyone else noticing this?
