It will have no effect on th RE industry but will have a negative effect on the music industry.

Jay Z's career has seen better days along with Beyonce.

Jay-Z lives at 156 Hudson Street in Tribeca. I always see him and Beyonce in my neighborhood. I don't know why someone as wealthy as him would live in such a cheap building. The highest unit in the building is like only 3M.
