I'm thinking about making an offer on an apt in this building. Great location, decent cc's, beautiful building. Anyone have any other info on this building that could be helpful?

One minor concern is that the sponsor has been trying to unload "unsold shares" (i.e. occupied apartments) for years.

The common spaces and amenities are nothing to write home about, but it's a nice building in a great location. If you have young kids, you might want to check with the District 3 office about whether the building would be affected by any of the pending decisions regarding catchment changes.

By the way, if your target is #10D, it shows as "In contract" as of today.
