Both! I guess the only thing that I would want to keep in mind is that since the screen will be visible from neighboring buildings, it might be better to keep sex/violence to pg13 levels...

We fully support the film festival idea....but on more immediate concerns, does anyone know what is happening with move-in date for both sides of the building? I think Manhattan Street side will be ready soon, but no word yet on the Jackson Street side...Plus during a recent visit we noticed that all the floors in the building are warped....

The Manhattan Street side recently passed its TCO inspection, and the Jackson Street side is scheduled to be reinspected on Aug. 8. You can check its status on the Dept. of Buildings website. I also noticed the floor warping during a recent visit. Perhaps we should start a Google Group for the building to exchange info?
