In todays market, properties are often introduced with their 'wish' price only to have their fiscal aspirations realigned with the passage of time. If I spot one that appeals to me do I chase it immediately and try to break the price or do I hang back and be patient to see what time does. This is one of the properties on my wish list but, by no means, the only one.
