just guessin - back of bldg, maybe south or west - perfect direction for a Sat dish per the TW discussion.

I've never been there, but according to the description it's "quiet." That's usually a pretty good indication that it faces the back of the building.

No kitchen. Appliances instead lined up in the foyer.

The windows look like they overlook an air shaft.

And you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

All this for half a million!

Hot mess - but it's across from the Dakota.

i'm sorry - further this - a folding chair from BBB and a counter with a computer on top of it does not equal a home office.

This reminds me of brokers who waste valuable space by posting pics not of the apartments themselves but of lobbies and exteriors.

The buyer won't be LIVING in the Dakota (much less even VISITING it), any more than he will be living in the lobby.

Oh, yeah, that really bugs the heck out of me. Particularly places near Central Park -- you get one grainy shot of the apartment and five shots of prominent CP landmarks. I know what Strawberry Fields looks like -- show me the friggin' apartment!

I've been in that apartment.
The place isn't bad but there's no kitchen and absolutely no views whatsoever.
