does anyone know how much kitchen/bathroom remodeling costs are in the city? Saw a fixer upper and wanted to have a rough estimate

bathrooms in the city in coops average 30k - 40k
kitchens 40k - 100k - of course, it could be a lot higher but it is up to you to set the upper limit
you will be required to pull the permits from the DOB and most likely you will need a designer or architect to do the drawings.
