I'm not in the RE biz, just an interested consumer, buying an apt in nyc and have a kid possibly moving there. $10 a month is a bit steep (I forget it's NYC...) Why do I want to pay it? Mostly I just want to watch the market to torture myself as to whether we paid too much...
