i still like his comments, but it's his analyses of the over-the-top wine coolers that i miss. actually i've noticed west81st venturing further and further from the comps threads. while i miss the comments on those threads, i welcome them on our more rough-n-ready general threads.

Hi Mimi/AR. I'm still avidly tracking the market and posting comps. I'll probably crank up the open house reporting next month if fresh inventory arrives. You might notice a negative-selection bias there: the properties I like will be quietly recommended to clients (it's only fair); the ones with incongruous appliances will show up on SE. So I'll probably seem more snarky than ever.
