Comp reports on PropertyShark

I have been looking at house for sale in Fort Greene and Clinton Hill for about 6 months. I have been using the comp report tool at the top of the page on PS, but lately it has been coming back with "no property". Is there a problem with the functionality, or just no sale in the last 6 months. I know houses have closed, so why can't I pull comp reports?

there's a problem that started in the past week. i look at comps in my area to see what houses that are in contract sold for. this week i got nowhere.
