I looked at this apartment recently, and am wondering what people think it is worth in today's market. It's a duplex, about 1100sq. ft with a patio off the kitchen. The building is arranged so that there are 2 duplexes stacked on top of each other (only 4 stories tall). There is a separate street entrance for each unit. I don't think they're building more units like this in Harlem, so they are somewhat unique. Also comes with an outdoor parking spot across the street behind another building which is $60/month. Heat and hot water are individual for each unit, and paid for by the owner. The seller bought for $570K in late 2007. Thanks in advance for your input.
