These past 4 months have been very interesting in terms of price drops. I can only imagine what the winter will bring.

Lower it a million and maybe in three to five years or so it will sell. Notice that they don't even list the square footage which means it's probably not much more than 1,200 and to list it would be embarrassing considering the price per square foot. That extra half bath is worth a half million in itself. This must truly be someone's idea of a joke.

It's definitely larger than 1200 sf. The dining room is big too- still expensive
i'm wating for the 50% drop and then will go and laugh in the broker's face. some just can't let go of any listings, even the ones that are just a waste of their time.

I don't know the story there, but odds are it's the seller being head-in-the-sand, not the broker. No sense in her dropping the listing, as it can't be taking any of her time.
