Discussion about 126 Waverly Place #PHP
Anyone been to see this yet? Am planning to this weekend. I had a look at the location of the building and it is right above a pretty shallow subway and was wondering if it had any impact on the apt. ie does it shake?

Half a block from this place, don't feel the tremors from the subway...but on a high floor, not sure if it makes a difference? Good luck, love the neighbhorhood! FYI Sq ft price on the highside
