Naming names on SE: question

I've seen a few posts that name specific brokers. Is that putting the poster at risk for being sued? There are two individuals who I'd love to ask if anyone has experience with & possibly out them for unethical, possibly illegal behavior but I don't want to open a can of worms. It would all be true, mind you, but I'd still be concerned.

Just keep referring to your "friend" and a broker who won't be named but has a name that sounds like ... (change the first letter or something like that).

Also, to be clear, are you asking if someone has experience with a person, or are you going to give your experience and make an accusation of illegal, immoral or fattening behavior?
