The negative/positive debate seems to have ceased 16 months ago. Does anyone know the current status of the building, resolution of punch list and mold items?

I'm curious about all chelsea new/relatively new developments.
There is absolutely no action. There are 50....50! new developments listed in streeteasy, double every other neighborhood. Some look to be really beautiful buildings.
They are like frozen in time.

52 of the 53 apartments have been sold. The last one (5B, I think) is in contract. Sponsor has paid off the building loan, etc. A few resales available.

If the building has issues, then the owners are wisely not discussing them in public.

Weird because you get a lot of undesireable types trickling down from penn station and hanging in those shady bars, I think there is also some sort of welfare/family services office on 8th and 27th or 28th st with a lot of strung out looking types lurking around. This corner definitely does not have the charm of lower chelsea.
