this posting is over three years old and totally without merit.
rose associates has been the manageing agent for the past two years-they enjoy a stellar reputation in the real estate industry.

I realize this is your first day on the job but your overlords at Rose Associates are going to see this and explode. You have purposely revived long dead threads that question the wisdom of renting at 98 Riverside. Better bring an empty box to work with you tomorrow, you'll be getting a call from HR for an exit interview.
How are we ever going to get those unemployment numbers down with idiots like you demanding to be fired?

I have to think this is another PO'ed renter. fenton would be the dumbest rock alive to have done this thinking it would assist the building.
There's some funny story about 98 Riverside, I just can't remember what it is. Probably come to me when I'm staring out the window, or maybe even when I'm taking a shower - I do my best thinking there.
Fenton is arthur fenton. Of pde. Not rose. And he's terrified that he's going to lose his cash cow exclusive account now that rose and notnorthwood group are in charge. And he's slimy.

arthur must be an ex-lawyer. what dope writes 'without merit' over and over again without giving half a reason why.
There are a lot of lawyers in this country, not all are dopes who write "without merit".
