Discussion about 98 Riverside Drive in Upper West Side
How many services can be cut off for months on end before governmental authorities intervene and tenants revolt. Even though many tenants are reportedly receiving three months free rent (at an incredibly high rent) it is NOT a bargain. Renters should be very careful

this posting is over three years old and without merit. rose associates has been the new managing agent for the past two years-they enjoy a stellar reputation in the real estate industry.
