I have seen that terminology before but you're right, it does give one pause; perhaps the inference is that it was the buyer's fault, not the board, ie: "He'd never cheat on ME."

That phrase would give me serious pause about even looking at the apartment. I wouldn't ever assume there was something "wrong" with the buyer but I would tend to think the board was stuffy & pretentious. Unless GG is totally screwing with us, they were really strong candidates & only a stuffy board would've rejected them.

Whenever I go on an airplane, I always bring a bomb with me. You, the chances of being on a plane and there being a bomb on board are VERY small. So you can only imagine how small the chances there are of there being TWO bombs.
