My board is requiring me to get signed and sealed architecht plans for a pretty basic 3 BR Renovation. Can anyone recommend a fair priced QUICK working company??? Thank you.

Here is the link: archivesid.com
They are very efficient and creative, and won’t waste your time or money.
Their contractor will give you an accurate cost from the beginning so you won’t waste time designing something you can’t afford.Building and dob approvals went easy.

GA_12, I see you have recommended both archivesid.com and manhattanrenovation.com on several different threads. I went to both websites and interestingly they have some of the exact same photos in their "portfolio/project" section. Are these truly two independant companies? Or is one or both of them using stock photos? Thanks.

hi, they are independent, but work together a lot, that them super efficient
but you could hire either one of the them separately. We thought we only needed the contractor - but our board required set of plans stamped and filed by the architect, Manhattan Renovations brought Archives id to help us - which was the best thing. We didn’t realized how much we were missing on the design side - it cost money but it saved us more on the change orders later.

GA_12, may I ask what the cost of Archives id services was and what was included?

My clients have hired and adored Pedro Pachano and Amparo Vollert: www.futureproject.us
They'll also do the build, and they're as fast as anyone can be, given the DOB.
Full disclosure: I also work with Pedro, so take it for what it's worth.
