I should take my own advice and leave this alone but, I met this broker at 211 east 2nd street at this crazy (bad) priced town house. Pleasent enuf with the typical double talk, no better, no worse that others. absolutly a man and no detectable boobs. Had I know he was to be so famous I would have asked for an auto-graph. As an aside, the first time I went to see the townhouse I showed up 30 min late to the OH and he was gracious enuf to show me the place in a very unrushed manner. I saw this place a second time. Me and the wife were roaming the EV and Alphabet City considering the possibilties. We wandered over to 2nd to take a look at the Town house again and there was Shawn waiting for a buyer to show the place. We asked if we could see it again and, he was gracious and showed it again in a very thoughtful and unrushed way. So, he missed one appointment and he gets flambaied, he make the best of two unplanned meeting...what does that say?
