Discussion about
Consider East Hampton, N.Y., (11937), which has been punished by declines on Wall Street. There are currently 765 homes on the market in East Hampton, but there have only been five sales in the last two months. At that rate, it will take 25 years before all the homes currently on the market (with a median asking price of $1.31 million) are sold. http://realestate.yahoo.com/promo/americas-most-expensive-zip-codes.html;_ylc=X3oDMTIwdnNrY29vBF9TAzI3MTYxNDkEX3MDOTc2MjA0NjUEc2VjA2ZwLXRvZGF5BHNsawNtb3N0LWV4cGVuc2l2ZS16aXAtY29kZXM
I like the word "investory" ... combining investment, RE inventory, and story-telling.
a bit further out, this will go fast.
