Discussion about
Non owner occupied rental properties in NYC assessed over $40,000,face an unfair tax situation .the owner must submit an Income/Expense Statement annually,and NYC determines next years real estate taxes based on that Statement.Isn't this another income tax and not a real estate tax? Should 2 different owners of identical buildings not pay the same Real Estate Tax ,of an owner's particular success/failure at making a profit or loss?Isn't this SOCIALISM?

No, socialism is when everything is "fair", which is what you seem to think it should be.
