I was wondering if any current residents of the building can comment on their experience in the building so far. For example, I have read on the blogs that there have been issues with the elevators, the hot water and the floors cupping. Have these been resolved? Also, does anyone have any updates on the building's finances. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
