Rental at 422 East 72nd Street

A few things strike me as odd:
Why is it that 34A is 1880 sq ft as a rental and 1802 sq ft as a sale?
Even with his breakfast dishes, etc., the owners rental photos are amazingly better than his Sale broker who will "deliver empty".

I see the propane tank!!!
I don't think I have to remind anyone on this chat board of the illegal nature of such an arrangment.
Good thing it's so prominatly displayed. I myself have some issues about snitching but, that does no stop any of you from reporting this to the Fire Department of the city of N.Y.. This is a real danger that is hardly worth the risk to your neighbors. Large price to pay for chared carsenogenic animal flesh.
