What was that insider price from 12/07? On the negative side of the ledger, I'd have to put 'no formal dining room'. I think I'd want to take out that wall & make a dining room but, of course, you lose a den/bedroom. Also, they want you looking at the park but I wonder what it's like looking across that courtyard into your neighbor's apartment; less grand the view there, unless you're a peeper. Anyway, let's dish. [less]
12/12/2007 Previous Sale recorded for $5,990,000.
Is there $10M in furniture in the apartment?
The contract was from November 2005. Not an "insider", as this was new construction. See http://therealdeal.com/newyork/articles/first-resale-of-desired-d-line-in-15-cpw-on-market-andre-rouach-prudential-douglas-elliman.
Re: another thread on using LLCs to buy, that's what this buyer did, like many at 15CPW, but his name appears on various filed docs.

Not direct park views - direct west exposure - oh well, I guess I'll just have to pass on this one!!LOL
