Fully furnished, 16.5 mil, 25th floor, killer views of the park - it seems that prices have softened even for this building, no? What was that insider price from 12/07?
On the negative side of the ledger, I'd have to put 'no formal dining room'. I think I'd want to take out that wall & make a dining room but, of course, you lose a den/bedroom. Also, they want you looking at the park but I wonder what it's like looking across that courtyard into your neighbor's apartment; less grand the view there, unless you're a peeper.
Anyway, let's dish.
