Lady in sales office is unprofressional and has a few screws loose. Location is off and maintainance and tax is very high for the units.

What do you guys think about pricing for this building...$ 595,000 for a small 1 bedroom cookie cutter nothing special... I agree about lady in sales office ...

Looks like the building had a major power outage this week. Con Ed has a power generator out on the 90th Street entrance. Not sure how this is related but The Empire at 78th and Third has a similar power generator after it suffered a power outage. Both were developed by Trevor Davis.
