A very accomplished single person who works on Wall Street has a double personality: smart, competent, sucessful at work, dumb as a box of hair and wholly ignorant when it comes to real estate. Alternatively, intends to become an ascetic contemplative religious person as a second act, and decides to start working on shedding personal assets as fast as possible, while living a simple, minimalist life.

It's only 2-3 years of income for a mid/late 20 year old
