Feeling pretty optimistic on the future condition I see. My wishful thinking wants you to be right. All signs point in that direction. Today has brought a visit to 3 OHs. All more or less fitting my criteria. The $$$ have fallen from their once lofty throne but, sellers are showing a little muscle in their opening prices. There's a notion that some how the big bad storm has passed and it clear sailing and fat living for all. I still see the glass as half empty and the half that's full is highly suspiciuos. Here's to 2002 pricing!!!
