Here's a little thread idea that I hope will gain some traction. In my searches I will find apartments with very similar pricing which offer distinctly differing value. I don't work the UES but am I missing something? ... it seems perfectly logical to me that the building that requires a higher down payment (75 EEA) SHOULD offer more for the money to prospective buyers ...
