How can you make a 2 bdrm from 700sf Isn't it damaging to the brain to sit 3 ft away from the TV

Living room: 12x18: 216
Bedroom 1: 12x12: 144
Bedroom 2: 12x12: 144

That's about 500 sq ft. Say another 100 sq ft for the kitchen, 50 sq ft for the bathroom, and 50 sq ft for a foyer, closets, etc. It's not huge, but certainly liveable.

Of course, if the listing says 700 sq ft, it's probably closer to 600, but that's a different issue.
