i had a good impression overall, but still wonder about pricing and quality of construction. the bathroom floors for example are tiled with the cheapest black and white checkered pattern that is really the kind of stuff used in very old buildings. the kitchen on the other hand is much more up to current standards. uneven, in short. is this worth $600 per sf? good light and great view, on the other hand. i'd love to hear from any new buyers there.
