I am fairly sure, it was more than a fraction. I thought the increase was in the neighborhood of 10-12% effective in July

a) Wasn't it in the news a while back that they were going to have a decent size increase?
b) You'd be shocked at how much ONE broken (constantly running) toilet can cost at the current water billing prices.
c) When did your building go off frontage an onto metering?

30yrs, can you explain the diff between frontage and metering? It sounds like just the type of arcane NYC thing that would cost a lot of money. Appreciate everyone's suggestions and comments.
