Discussion about 15 Broad Street #1008
Seriously? $1,600/sf? On a low floor?
Ha!. Lehman never happened in corcoran world

Listed in StreetEasy by Corcoran at $1,050,000.
How harsh... don't we support the sellers making an 83% profit in this market?
They must be smoking something VERY strong!
Customer is always right, especially when s/he says, "You price this at $1M, or I will take my business elsewhere."
It's a seriously nice bldg., but $1.6k pf would be ridiculous.
Seriously? This was just reduced to $900K? At 659 sf, they are still asking $1370/sf. In the financial district. On a low floor. For an alcove studio. In a building where recent closings have been in the $750/sf range.
Crack had to be involved in the pricing...
And a very typical Corcoran move... completely mislead the owner (although they should know better)
Isn't this list one day at an inflated price, then "reduce" the next day (to a still inflated price) so it shows up as a big price slash, the most pitifullly transparent strategy around ?...or maybe there are others more pitiful
I don't know how you can play tricks when recent comp sales and comparable asking prices are so far below what they're asking.
If there's any sign that we haven't yet hit bottom, it's that asking prices are all over the map.
