Cant believe this 2nd flr 1 bed sold for 490k.....a few months ago a higher floor apt sold for 440k......and i let go of a 1 bed on park in same hood for 490k...what was i thinking?????????????????

Mhillqt - part of the reason for that price may be because it was a sponsor unit - NO BOARD APPROVAL required, and that can definitely add to the price - did so for some smaller apartments in my building.

Just keep looking, and next time trust your own research and your own judgement.
