Discussion about 171 East 84th Street #2021G
What does the square footage police think about this one? I see a ~46x22 rectangle times two floors + the bit of hallway inside the entrance door, so 2,000sf and change. Not seeing 2,400. Close to 2,400 if you count terrace, but I thought outdoor space was counted separately for sf purposes.

Spot-on. Per the condo declaration it's 2405 *including* 307 of terrace. Usually not done that way, so should be listed at 2100 to be consistent with most other condos.
