If no one has already posted this before, check out this map from Moody. The map below suggests 2020 as the year nationwide %u2014 and while on the pessimistic side, that might not be too far off. Before we spend any time debating a prediction by Moody's, let's take a look at the chain of Moody's prognostications helpfully posted by The_President here:

According to Moody's forecasts, the market already bottomed several times, so we must be roaring ahead by now. So we have that goin' for us, which is nice.

Doesn't this involve two projections: how far the losses will go (it ain't over yet is it?)...and,,,when they, when finished, will come back...
