Someone took away his ATM. Oh no, noone in the last 10 yrs lived beyond their means. We were ALL perfect savers and socked it away for a rainy day, no no bks in NYC, nope our 'homes' are totally only 10% of our assets, we've ALL got tons of equity, everyone has health insurance, tons of savings, this mkt. Crash didn't affect me. Nope me be successful manhattanite, lots of money lots more to come. I deserve it.

.. that means it's selling for $135k more than what it was worth in 2002 ($160k). And there are 3 studios in this building on auction for the same price.
