How can they be asking $1.7 for this 2nd floor unit when (at least as far as Street Easy reports) no unit in the building has ever sold for so much?

Solid optimism, preperation for the second floor low baller. I'd be aiming for the 8th floor. By the by, thats a boat load of space for the price, that said, I have never sen the apartment.

How could they be asking..........

Well, they somehow got 3 bathrooms into the space, vs. 2 in 8th floor, and they're counting on the importanceTto a buyer of the "no board approval"
