Temp apt for one month

Looking for resources or links on temp stay. Our deal is getting delayed and need a place for a month. Most of the places that I have seen in Craigslist are mostly more than one month or unlivable. Suggestions?

I have a friend that has a small furnished 1bedroom in hells kitchen. Available for october $1895. 46th street 9th and 10th.

There's a place on Columbus and 95th that I think will do one month stays. West Side of street

Hotels are often cheaper than furnished rentals right now.

Look at corporate hotels. They might cut you a deal. I know friends rented a small suite in BPC for $2,400 for September.
