wht is the story withthis listing sold at 1.3 in 2009 and back on the market at 1.9 6 months later? this is a new building they could not have fixed it up that much.

they recorded the sale as 3B+. my guess is that the listing isn't real, the sale didn't match up and halstead hasn't removed the unit from the system yet.
