is in contract at the initial asking price (according to the broker)of $645,000 after being on the market for 3 weeks. Same apartment as the unit 2 flights up but in desperate need of a gut renovation. What is up with that?

Someone fell in love with the absolutely incredible views. The open house on 34a had a ton of traffic. We weren't willing to go that high but someone was. 34a did not require "gut renovation" as kitchen and bath useable.
