Bubble, what bubble?

Let me get this right. You buy a condo at the peak of the bubble at $906 per sq ft. 3 years later it is on the market at $1178 per sq ft A 30 % increase. What would have happened if the market continued to percolate? $1500?? No, the bubble has not yet burst - this unit should be less than $600,000 - anything more, well, you get it.

at 120 RSB, between 06/08 and the present, there is precisely one recorded sale listed. there have been 109 sales listings and 93 rental listings (many repeats in and between both categories, obviously, my OCD doesn't extend to eliminating the duplicates).

anyone who needs to sell here is well and truly screwed.

sjtmd, the owners can list at whatever price they like (there's a thread about that) but I doubt they can sell it for anything close to it. Let them be.
