Looks fabulous though there's probably a reason there are no pictures, the floorplan doesn't mention direction and there's no mention of light in the listing. Plus $2000/mo is a burden for a $1.1M apt.

Visit the building - the common areas are underwhelming and feel down-at-the-heels.

nyc10023: Have you been there recently? Last time I visited, it seemed that they had cleaned up the lobby and elevators, and there was some work going on in the other common areas. It's never going to be a grand building, but it was looking fresher.
