What do sellers want most when purchasing a condo?

We're getting closer in our seemingly neverending search to buy a small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom UES condo. But I'm wondering if how we judge an apartment is how most people judge an apartment. Some of the things that we like, beside building location and a reasonable price, include having a bedroom which does not share walls with a neighboring apartment and having a bath in one bathroom and a shower in the other bathroom. Any feedback would be appreciated.
