What do sellers want when purchasing a condo?

Discussion about
We're getting closer in our seemingly neverending search to buy a small 2 bedroom 2 bath UES condo. But we're wondering what sellers typically want besides building location and a reasonable price. Some of the things that we want include having a bedroom which doesn't share walls with a neighboring apartment and having a bath in one bathroom and a shower in the other. Any feedback would be appreciated.
