Discussion about Eleventh and Third at 200 East 11th Street in East Village
If any one has any questions about this building, I would be happy to answer them. I lived there for a few years.

ilivehere: Id love to hear your thoughts on the building in general. Do you live in a corner unit? How are the things that I wont know unless I live there (hot water/heat consistently, water pressure, the responsiveness of the super)? I am very interested in renting one of these apts starting in Jan 2010 and would love to hear any feedback. Also whats the noise level like?
