Discussion about Merritt House at 167 East 82nd Street in Upper East Side
I am an interior designer, most of my projects are on the Upper East Side, I found this building stunning. The finishes are lovely and the neighborhood is fantastic. A must see!!!

Too bad they didn't get an architect, too. Choppy floorplans, tiny closets, etc.

Have there been any sales in Merritt House? I don't really know how to use ACRIS but the search I ran turned up no sales or filings there since 2005.
