Discussion about The Luminary at 41 Seventh Avenue South in West Village
What's the word on this building? Nothing in contract but the building seems done. Great location, although pricey! I'd consider making a bid but am concerned that nothing has been sold yet.

2 are in contract - nice building - I saw it a couple weeks ago - small but great attention to detail.

I went through this building in detail a few weeks ago. It is well constructed and appointed. Considering it's top location it is definitely worth a close look.

Over 90 days since "in contract." Time to put these puppies back into inventory?

Finally saw it - was not a fan. High carrying costs, crappy view in back while pretty much "on display" in front. Great location, no doubt, but the apartments are not for me.
