Discussion about 91 Central Park West #13B
bought at the height of the market for 4,6 mm - renovated at the tipty top of the market and relaunched for 7.5 mm? good luck with this listing.
This reminds me of the two B-line apartments just up the street at 101 CPW -- except they're on low floors, one of them needs work and the other has been chopped up strangely. Apt 4B is the one with the unusual "mural" on one of the bedroom walls. Both started out over a year ago with wild expectations. Still too high? Seems to be.

And speaking of wild expectations on the UWS, what's up with the former Belafonte apartment at 300 WEA? It was split in two and both apts went to contract six months ago.
As this exisits above and beyond the world of little falco I can not comment on price or expectation. I will say this, if it does sell I would venture to guess we will be reading about it on the lowball thread. That aside, what a beautiful place!
It's closed, for $7M. An expensive renovation, but couldn't have approached $2.5M.
